About The Program
The two-year program gives the successful student entry level skills in the welding field. The student will receive training in blueprint reading, metal fabrication, and welding theory. Shop training will consist of shielded metal arc, pipe and plate, uphill and downhill, oxygen and acetylene cutting, MIG and TIG welding, plasma arc cutting, and related metal work equipment.

Collision Repair
A "hands on" shop setting exposes the student to many different types of auto and truck repair to include shop safety, damage estimating, frame repair, auto body repair, and refinishing instruction.

Students will be involved in various projects, which include housing construction, cabinetry, roofing, plumbing, and electrical work throughout the two-year program.
